What we scan:
- Electrical: transformers, MCCs, distribution boards: hotspots, loose terminals, overloads
- Mechanical: motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings: friction, misalignment, wear

Transformer & Oil Diagnostics
Transformers are high-value, high-consequence assets. We combine infrared scanning with laboratory oil analysis so nothing hides. Thermal imaging shows you the heat; oil sampling shows you the chemistry. We also offer full maintenance and repair services on transformers.
What we test:
- Infrared scanning: hotspots, loose connections, cooling problems, while energised

Oil sampling: DGA, moisture content, dielectric strength.
Oil sampling catches minor arcing that infrared alone can miss, and confirms what the scan finds - Deliverables: imagery, lab results, verification statement, CoC where applicable
- Turnaround: 5 days thermal, 5–10 days oil lab results
